I too used to struggle with idiotic diets and the never ending merry go round of losing and regaining weight. And I have worked with women for years who were exactly where you are today. The IHCS 1:1 Coaching Programs, designed for LASTING success, are not cookie cutter plans and are different than anything you have tried. It is an approach that insists on only food and fitness you enjoy, along with the teachable tools to insure success. It is a real game-changer in the weight loss arena and it will challenge everything you were taught about dieting and fitness. Most importantly, it is designed uniquely for YOU.

1:1 Food Coaching Program - we meet 2 or 3 times weekly for 60 minute sessions.

This program is for you if you are still struggling to lose the same 10, 20, 30 or more pounds as a year ago. This program is all about results: it involves an in-depth evaluation of your current food plan to identify what is and what is not working. Based on your weight loss goals and your specific needs, a food plan tailored for you will be developed along with the tools, techniques, and guidance to support your goals. You will discover a whole new strategy that allows you to lose weight and keep it off, all without being hungry or condemned to boring cardboard-like foods. And you will be accountable to me, and I am big on results... the kind that last, so that you never have to diet again.  Billed in 8 session increments: $200/hr, meeting 2-3 times weekly.

1:1 Personal Training Program - we meet 2-3 times weekly for 60 minute sessions.

I just have so much time to exercise and love it sooo much, said NO ONE ever. We all know we NEED to exercise, we just do not always want to, nor do we know the when or where to squeeze in the time, and once we do, we do not always know what to do... Imagine a one hour workout that is specifically designed for you and your exact goals? An efficient workout at a convenient time that is designed to address your trouble spots and meet your goals, from the comfort of your own home? Yay! No more stinky gyms! A workout that you start looking forward to, because you start seeing real results that make you look and feel awesome. Billed in 8 session increments: $200/hr, meeting 2 to 3 times weekly.

1:1 IHCS Food Coaching and Personal Training Program - we meet 2 or 3 times weekly for 90 minute sessions.

This is my most popular and successful program with consistent, proven results.

If you want to get off the weight loss roller coaster and do not know where to start, this is for you. Together we will overhaul your current food and fitness plan and replace them with a realistic and manageable strategy that will bring you to your weight loss goals, and keep you there. We will meet for 90 minute sessions that are divided into 60 minutes of Personal Training based on your specific needs and fitness history, and 30 minute sessions that address your food challenges. I will be in your corner the whole time, guiding, supporting, cheering you on.  This life-changing program will enable you to regain control of your eating, get fit (with workouts that I will work crazy hard for you to actually enjoy), lose weight, and keep it off forever, without making unrealistic compromises. It is not a one-step process and is not achieved overnight. It however does not involve crazy gimmicks, stupid ideas, hocus pocus, or miracles. It involves faith that change is possible, trust in me as your guide, and openness to a wild and wonderful ride that just might lead to the body and life you crave. Billed in 8 session increments: $250/90 minutes, 2 or 3 times weekly.

All you need is a computer and a free Skype account or an iphone for Facetime. If you have never used Skype, no worries, I will show you how - my daughter at 9 taught me!

Sessions are designed with your specific history, needs, preferences, fitness, health and weight loss goals in mind. I will send you an in-depth questionnaire in advance so we can be prepared for Session #1 and be positioned to see results as quickly as possible.

When you receive your questionnaire, please fill it out with as much detail as possible so I can personalize a program that is manageable, realistic, and set up for YOUR success. The more I know about you, the better I can tailor a program that will be successful for YOU.
