This program includes 6 live 1 hour calls with me which focus on new behavior, techniques, and addressing current barriers as I restructure your food plan to which you will stay accountable to me on a daily basis for 5 weeks. $1700
This program is designed for those who have more than 10 pounds to shed. After our initial two hour intake session, we will meet on a weekly basis. We start by quickly identifying the barriers and challenges that you have had achieving and maintaining weight loss and I will immediately be restructuring your food plan to align with your goals which we will complete during our first session. You will also remain accountable to me on a daily basis, so I can keep you on track while addressing the challenges of losing weight and confronting the daily realities as they occur. $3750
